As you can see from the site categories, the various nouns that fill in the blanks and make me who I am, I classify myself according to the different roles I play in real life. But beyond those labels, I like to think of myself as a lover of words, creator of memories, and preserver of moments. When I’m not in my classroom or holed up doing graduate work (until May 9, 2015 when I complete my MA in English), I’m spending time with my family and doing what I can to improve their lives every day.
